Our owner, Pauline, has embodied female empowerment in all areas of her life. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and hair industry, Pauline created Lavish Hair and Beauty Bar as the destination where women come to feel beautiful.

Our stylist and therapist team embody passion, knowledge, and extensive experience. Each member has been hand-selected for their talents and unwavering commitment to perfection. Pauline has been in the hair industry now over 25 years and has established her salon right in the hills in January 2018. Pauline loves making clients feel at home and making them family.

With over 5 years experience Mikayla has been part of the Lavish team since we first opened. She specializes in all things hair but her most stand out skill is her braiding technique.

Nicole

Nicole has a little over 4 years experience. Nicole has a comforting nature and always has the attention for the finer details. She specializes in all things hair but loves Styling for events and blondes.

Annalise

Full time Beauty Therapist

In Salon Tuesday – Saturday

With years of experience in the industry Annalise is able to achieve your beauty goals to the best potential. Skin and brows is two of her main specialties with in the salon. With her bubbly and friendly personality she is always warm and welcoming to her all her clients, giving the ultimate treatments and outcomes.

Temiah

Full Time Emerging Stylist

In Salon everyday except Tuesday and Wednesday

Temiah has been with us since December 2020 and has recently started her apprenticeship in 2023. Temiah has a fun and bubbly energy and loves to be around the girls indulging in new skills . She loves giving clients the best hair treatments along side an amazing relaxation head massage at the basin.

Full Time Emerging Stylist

Hani has been with us since September 2022. She has a warm and welcoming vibe and loves pleasing clients creating their desired looks. She is always determined and motivated to learn new services in salon and would say that she loves a good blowdry and soft waves.

Rachel

Part Time Senior Stylist

In Salon Wednesdays and Thursdays. Every second Monday at Norwest

With 13 years experience, Rachel has a vibrant energy in salon and loves to have a good chat while making her clients comfortable while in salon. She is a very passionate hair stylist who specializes in lived In Blondes and styling.

Brooke

Brooke has been with us now since June 2021 and she has over 8 years experience. Brooke has a good energy and bubbly personality and is always good to have those good chats. She specializes and all things hair from blondes to brunettes but extensions are her most amazing skills.

With 11 years of experience, our stylist Kianna might be shy and quiet at first, but it doesn’t take long for her to warm up and show her super friendly and bubbly personality. She has a passion for all things colour, with a particular focus on blondes and balayages. Kianna is known for her amazing bouncy blowouts, as that is her favourite type of blow dry to do in salon

Emma has been in the industry for now 20 years, and has been lucky to travel instate for work events and Melbourne fashion week. Emmas goal is to educate each individual client with tips & tricks to help your home & daily routine, from product knowledge ( home maintenance) to styling your hair for special occasions. Specialises in, lived in colours and all foiling techniques, hair extensions, correction and cutting.

Jordan

Full Time Senior Stylist

Jordan has been officially hairdressing for over 4 years but started in the hair industry when she was 13 years old, her passion for hair has grown so much. She definitely lights up the salon with her bubbly personality, putting a smile on everyone’s faces. Jordan is always so keen to learn all new techniques and trends, to continue making people feel beautiful. Her favourite look to create is lived in blondes/brondes and her go-to styling would be effortless waves.
